Throughout their careers, founders Jeemyung (JM) Hong and Kevin Yuk identified a recurring systemic failure in global expansion: ventures rarely collapse due to a lack of technology or capital. They collapse because they lack the Operational Scaffolding to support the "Human Element."
 

They witnessed brilliant innovations derailed by the natural mistrust and rigid cultural silos that arise when differing norms collide across borders. In the gap between a "visionary idea" and "industrial scale" lies a minefield of regulatory friction. Leveler was engineered to be the solution. • Operational Mandate: With 15 years of legal standing, she constructs the regulatory floor, providing oversight on federal and state compliance and the rapidly evolving legal frontiers of Artificial Intelligence.
   

Kevin Yuk
Co-Founder & Director

• The Strategic Engine: A Transnational Compliance Strategist and Resolution Expert (LL.M, LLB (Hons), ACIArb), Kevin bridges the gap between the factory floor and the policy table. He provides the "Ground-Truth" intelligence necessary to move ventures from visionary concepts to industrial-scale reality.

• Operational Mandate: He directs systemic alignment, leveraging a 23-year professional foundation rooted in US Institutional Banking and Asian Industrial Operations. With 16 years of operational experience (comprising 5+ years in US banking and 11 years in manufacturing) informed by five years of advanced legal training, Kevin reconciles complex cultural norms and neutralises operational friction of global trade corridors to ensure project continuity and strategic remediation.
